ABOUT:
LOVE FOOLS is a non-profit fanzine centered on the themes of love and connection in the Skip and Loafer series by Misaki Takamatsu.
All our items are available for preorder only, and are estimated to ship in Summer 2025. This is a tentative date that is subject to change due to factors outside of the team's control. Throughout production, our social media will be updated regularly. Preorders are open from March 3rd to 31st, 2025.
This is a charity project and any profits will be donated to Trans Women of Color Collective.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
Refunds may only be processed during preorders. Any returns requested afterward may not be fulfilled.
To cancel or change your order, please contact us before preorders end by emailing us at [email protected]. In the email, include your order number and the name with which you placed your order, both of which should be available on the receipt you received.
While we will do our best to ensure your order is kept in good condition, we cannot control any damages that occur in transit. Should you receive damaged or missing goods, please contact us within one month of receiving your order for replacements or refunds depending on stock available.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All our orders will be shipped from the United States. We are shipping to the UK and EU.
Buyers are responsible for any import or custom fees, including VAT, that may occur.
LOVE FOOLS is currently NOT able to ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Haiti, Israel, Mauritius, Niue, Russia, Sudan, Suriname, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
If physical orders to these countries are placed, we will have to refund the order.
Should your country stop accepting packages from the USA any time after preorders, the shipping mod will discuss options with you, including holding your package or sending it to someone else to hold or ship it to you. To check the list of countries not accepting shipments from the USPS, please check this site: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm
SHIPPING ADDRESS UPDATES:
To update your shipping address, please email us at [email protected] and include your order number as well as the name with which you placed your order
We will also email all buyers approximately two weeks before we begin shipping to confirm shipping addresses.
If your address changes or your package is lost because you didn't update your address, LOVE FOOLS will not be liable and may not be able to replace your package. Should it be returned to the shipping mod, shipping costs will have to be paid again, and customers may be responsible for additional re-delivery fees.
